Get ready! Mark your calendars! The Goats On The Go® Affiliate Training & Conference is going to be bigger and better than ever in 2025! We have two full days of learning, networking, and fun planned, all to help you be more successful with your targeted grazing business.

Friday, March 7: Basic Training

Who should come?

  • All Goats On The Go®/Sheep On The Go® affiliates are invited.

  • New affiliates are required to attend.

  • All affiliates can satisfy ongoing contractual training requirements by attending.

  • Attendance by multiple members of your family/staff/team is welcomed and encouraged.

When and where is it?

  • Friday, March 1, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

  • West48 Conference Center, West Des Moines, Iowa (see map here).

How much does it cost?

  • Free to everyone!

What else should I know?

  • Rolls, coffee, and drinks provided; lunch on your own.

  • Fun, laid-back classroom environment (100% indoors).

  • Casual, comfortable clothes encouraged.

  • You may want a tablet, laptop computer, or notebook to take notes.


Friday evening, March 7: All Affiliate Social

Who should come?

  • Everyone! All affiliates are encouraged to attend this optional event, even if they didn’t attend Basic Training earlier in the day.

  • Attendance by multiple members of your family/staff/team is welcomed and encouraged.

  • Kid friendly!

When and where is it?

  • Friday, March 1, 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. (immediately after Basic Training)

  • West48 Conference Center, West Des Moines, Iowa (see map here).

How much does it cost?

  • Free to everyone!

What else should I know?

  • Snacks and drinks (soda, beer, wine) provided.

  • Casual attire.

  • It’s a great time to network and ask questions of other affiliates, and meet up with old friends — the highlight of the weekend for many!


Saturday, March 8: Affiliate Conference

Who should come?

  • All affiliates, whether they’re brand new or have been around the block, will benefit from attending this optional event.

  • All affiliates can satisfy ongoing contractual training requirements by attending.

  • Attendance by multiple members of your family/staff/team is welcomed and encouraged.

When and where is it?

  • Saturday, March 2, 8:00 a.m. - 5 p.m.

  • West48 Conference Center, West Des Moines, Iowa (see map here).

How much does it cost?

  • Registration fee is $200 per affiliate.

  • Multiple members of your family/staff/team may attend under one affiliate registration (no additional registration fees).

What else should I know?

  • Rolls, coffee, and drinks provided; lunch on your own.

  • Fun, laid-back classroom environment (100% indoors).

  • Casual, comfortable clothes encouraged.

  • You may want a tablet, laptop computer, or notebook to take notes.

  • Presentations by experienced affiliates and our guest speaker, Jared Epp, large scale targeted grazing operator and herding dog pro from Saskatchewan, Canada.
